It started with a lost spreadsheet.
Like many of our customers, our founding team managed a growing portfolio of accommodations. And like many operators, the administrative process was exhausting.
We spent our weekends chasing rent payments on WhatsApp, losing track of security deposits in complex Excel files, and dealing with maintenance requests scribbled on physical notepads. We tried adopting dedicated software, but everything on the market was either designed for massive commercial skyscrapers, or was too basic?just another glorified ledger.
We couldn't find the tool we wanted, so we built it.
