Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your billing dashboard. Changes to annual plans will be prorated automatically based on your usage.
What exactly counts as a "Unit"?
A "Unit" is any individual rentable placeholder in the system. In a PG or hostel, a single bed is one unit. In a residential apartment building, an entire flat counts as one unit.
Is my tenant data secure?
Yes. MyTenantsBook uses enterprise-grade AWS encryption for all database records and document uploads (like sensitive KYC details), ensuring absolute privacy and legal compliance.
How does the Annual plan billing work?
When you select the Annual billing toggle, you pay upfront for the whole year (12 months) instead of paying monthly. This simplifies your accounting with a single invoice per year.
Do I need a credit card to start trial?
No. You can start the 14-day free trial on the Growth plan with just your email. We only ask for payment details when you decide to continue using the platform post-trial.
What happens if I cross my unit limit?
You will receive a notification when you are close to your limit. Once exceeded, you won't be able to add new units until you upgrade the plan, but existing units remain fully active.
